A fabada bean stew made with authentic ingredients: Asturian fabe beans G.I., Asturian morcilla (black pudding) and chorizo, with their smoky taste, cured bacon and a tasty yet balanced sauce with poached vegetables, olive oil and beef broth. Our cooked vegetables have the same quality and assurance as our natural pulses: tender, without noting the skin and a totally natural flavour.
