More than 20 years ago, five enterprising women founded Ecológicos Lola in Córdoba. Determined to adapt the traditional recipes inherited from their grandmothers to the tastes of consumers who are looking for different, healthy and sustainable dishes, they produce affordable and easy-to-use products that save time for all types of consumers. Specialised in the preparation of typical dishes such as salmorejo, gazpacho or olive pâté, they have also created innovative products such as hummus accompanied by typical Andalusian ingredients such as Hummus with Pedro Ximénez wine or Mediterranean-style dried tomato spread with basil and cayenne.
In recent years they have strengthened their commitment to ecology and the environment, making all their products with 100% natural ingredients and in many cases from organic farming.
